Pierre Wilson, a graduate of Liberty University with a master’s degree, serves as the Senior Director of TPUSA RISE at Turning Point USA. Known for launching the very first BLEXIT chapter in North Carolina, Pierre has spent the last several years building what has become the largest conservative minority grassroots movement in the country. His leadership has helped create a nationwide network of city chapters, a thriving HBCU initiative called RISE NextGen, and a rapidly growing coalition of community leaders committed to strengthening families and reclaiming culture across minority America. 

Raised in Maryland and shaped by adversity, Pierre’s life is proof that a victim mindset does not have to define anyone’s future. His own transformation ignited his passion to empower others to rise above cultural pressure, challenge destructive narratives, and pursue faith, freedom, and personal responsibility with confidence. 

Pierre was hired as BLEXIT’s first employee and played a foundational role in developing the national infrastructure, volunteer network, and grassroots strategy that set the stage for unprecedented growth within Turning Point USA. Today, his work with TPUSA RISE continues that mission on a broader scale, reaching Black, Hispanic, Asian, African, Caribbean, and other minority communities across the country with truth centered programming, cultural engagement, and leadership development. 

He is also the host of the podcast Unchained w/Pierre Wilson where he speaks boldly about faith, culture, fatherhood, and the issues shaping minority America. 

Above every title and accomplishment, Pierre will tell you that his greatest joy is his family. He is a proud husband and father of three, and the work he does is grounded in the belief that strong families are the foundation of a strong nation.
