Pierre Wilson is the Senior Director of BLEXIT at Turning Point USA, where he leads the BLEXIT program, the nation’s most influential conservative minority outreach initiative, with active chapters in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. A Liberty University graduate with a master’s degree, Pierre has been instrumental in helping the BLEXIT program grow into a powerhouse—mobilizing thousands, building a strong presence on HBCU campuses through the BLEXIT Student Movement, and driving education and empowerment initiatives that challenge the status quo.

From a turbulent upbringing in Maryland to becoming a national voice for faith and freedom, Pierre Wilson’s journey embodies resilience and the power of rejecting the victimhood narrative. As BLEXIT’s first-ever employee in 2018, he played a pivotal role in shaping its vision and growth under the Turning Point USA banner, inspiring countless Americans to embrace personal responsibility and the American dream.
